Information we collect

When you use a contact or demo-request form, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, scheduling preferences and anything you include in your message. We may also receive basic technical information that web hosting and security providers normally process, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, prepare requested services, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain the website. We do not sell personal information.

Form and hosting providers

Website form submissions may be processed by FormSubmit so the information can be delivered to Kervano's business inbox. The website may also be hosted or delivered through infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare or another hosting platform selected by Kervano. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

AI receptionist demos

If you call an AI receptionist demo line, the call may be processed by Kervano's telephony and AI service providers so the demonstration can function. If a call is recorded or transcribed, any required notice or consent should be provided in the call flow before recording is used.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security or record-keeping. You can ask us to correct or delete information, subject to any legal reason we need to retain it.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable. If you no longer want marketing communications from Kervano, you can ask us to stop.
